Vincent Clemas FCA, DChA, MAE - Principal Over 35 years in practice I have acquired a formidable range of expertise and experience. Our extensive clientele includes a number of major companies and professional firms whom I advise on a wide range of commercial and taxation issues. I specialise in forensic accounting and litigation support, act as an expert witness and am a practising member of the Academy of Experts. 

Angela France ATT - Tax Manager Angela's mission is to help both business and personal clients minimise their tax liability. Besides general tax planning, she also advises on estate planning, inheritance tax and trusts. Angela is also the person to turn to help you through the maze of VAT regulations. 

Paul Kay - Audit and IT Manager Paul has over twenty years experience of accounts and auditing. Besides keeping our in-house IT system running Paul advises clients on IT related matters including choosing and installing accounting software.

Laura Westwood ACA - Audit Manager Laura qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2009 and is responsible for a wide variety of audit and business clients. In particular she specialises in the affairs of solicitor firms and charity organisations.
